By purchasing pixels on OneMillPX, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this service.
2. Pixel Purchases
All pixel purchases are final and non-refundable. You are purchasing the right to display your chosen color, display name, and optional link on the OneMillPX grid. Pixels may be captured by other users unless purchased as "Fort" type.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use your pixels to display, link to, or promote illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or any content that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove pixels that violate this policy without refund.
4. Display Name & Links
Your display name is visible publicly on the grid. You are responsible for ensuring your display name and any linked URL comply with applicable laws and do not infringe on third-party rights.
5. Service Availability
We strive to keep OneMillPX available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
