Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Pixel purchases on OneMillPX are digital goods delivered immediately upon payment. Because your pixels go live on the grid right away, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including in cases where your pixels are later captured by another user (unless purchased as "Fort" type).

2. Duplicate or Failed Charges

If you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged without your pixels being placed on the grid due to a technical error on our end, contact us and we will investigate and refund the erroneous charge.

3. Content Removal

If we remove your pixels for violating our Terms of Service (e.g. illegal content, hate speech, or harassment), no refund will be issued.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us first may result in your pixels being removed from the grid and your account being blocked from future purchases.
